Do vegetarians or vegans eat marshmallows?!


Question: Just wondering since they seem harmless but really are made out of cattel by products e.i. hooves. ;)

Not usually, since most marshmallows contain gelatin. There are vegetarian marshmallows available, however, at places like Whole Foods and Pangea.

i think they do eat marshmallow because it not made out of meat and if it was they will not eat it ! thanks

No it contains gelatin which is made from animal bones and the marrow.

There are some marshmallows that are made out of fruit pectin or something from fruit instead of gelatin. They don't taste as good though.
