Do veg based "milks" contain calcium or are they fortified?!
Answers: What are veg sources of calcium in sufficiaent quantity to avoid taking vitamin supplements.
It depends on what kind you're buying. Soy milk is usually fortified to contain as much calcium as dairy milk. Almonds are a good source of calcium, so almond milk already has some; it may still be fortified to add more.

I really depends on what kind you buy. But most are.
