It depends on what kind you're buying. Soy milk is usually fortified to contain as much calcium as dairy milk. Almonds are a good source of calcium, so almond milk already has some; it may still be fortified to add more.

hi, I have Alpo soya milk, there's calcium, protein, omega 3 & 6 and vits E, D12, Riboflavin and its high in vit B12, so i dont take any vitamin suppliments.
