Oatmeal, walnuts, maple syrup, and soy milk. And a green tea. :-)
Scrambled tofu with peppers on toast! And some green tea.
I had boiled grass, no seriously once all the bad stuff id out of it, it tastes delious with a bit of pepper on and mmmmmm try it.
Rye toast with Marmite
A load of blueberries

Tea, a banana and organic vegan cornflakes with soy milk. Everyday. Love it!
Special K, its well nice think i have a problem with ceral i eat too much of the stuff instead of real meals :o
As of right now it's 4:30AM here and I just got home from my birthday party so I haven't had breakfast yet. But yesterday, I went to a local beach town with my mom and we ate at a vegetarian cafe.
I got the vegan breakfast burrito that was stuffed with tofu scramble, country potatoes, veggie chorizo, salsa, and guacamole. It was awesome!
My mom is a meat eater but she loved her fakin' bacon omelette with hashbrowns.
Yesterday was the first time she's eaten at an all-vegetarian establishment, I think.

After 7 weeks and 3 days of a vegetarian diet I fell off the wagon this morning and succumbed to my desire for a baser diet. I had 2 eggs over easy, hash browns, a rasher of bacon, buttermilk bisquits w/ butter and grape jelly, side of sausage gravy, small glass of tomato juice w/lemon and a large glass of milk.
Toast with vegan margarine and strawberry jam (2 pieces). It's made with a complete protein bread, made of various sprouted grains. It's amazing. I'll probably eat strawberries next (I just had breakfast minutes ago!).
Cap'n Crunch with Vanilla Soy milk. I think it's shoprite brand...
Malt Crunchies (Co-op version of Shreddies) with hazelnut and almond milk, Marmite and Pure on organic wholemeal toast and an organic OJ. Most important meal of the day.
I had steel cut oats with flax seeds, raisins and rice milk on top. (Yum0MEEE!)
I also had a banana and a glass of water.
I made scrambled tofu with onions, garlic, sundried tomatoes and spinach, topped with salsa. Last weekend I made homemade smoked apple sage seitan sausages, so I had a couple of those as well. And I made home fries. I love big, brunch-y breakfasts on the weekends! Scrambled tofu keeps me full forever (which is good because I have to go into the office today... ugh!)
