They're basically vegetarian roasts made with a tofu-wheat protein blend. They're pretty good, but I like the Tofurkey Deli Slices even more: http://tofurkey.com/products/delislices....

  • Turkey shaped tofu.......and it taste terrible

A very delicious mock meat that you eat for Thanksgiving or any other time really!

Something I will never eat. Vegetarians version of turkey, based on tofu. Blccccch!!!

It is tofu made to taste and look similar to turkey (made from soy). Some enjoy it, I personally don't like the taste.

its not real turkey. Its wheat that kinda taste like it ☆

It's a soy protein and wheat gluten loaf (looks a bit like a football) with stuffing in the middle. You cook it like a roast- in the oven with gravy and vegetables. It's quite good, actually.

Soy Beans are a wonder food, they can be modified to make many things: soy milk, soy flower, tofu, and any number of meat look a likes: tofu turkey, tofu hot dogs, tofu chicken patties etc.
People, in western society are sociologically programed to eat things that look like meat: hotdogs hamburgs etc.

BTW Meat eaters - you have been eating soy, without knowing it for years. It's found in: hot dogs, fast food hamburg, sausage, non dairy creamer, chease food snacks, just to name a few. The dog and cat food you buy fito and fluffy contains mostly meat flavored soy.

it is tofu made 2 look and taste like turkey!

hey thanks for the good laugh! i tried it once - it is tofu that has been processed - to taste like turkey - strange textue & smell - eeewwee too weird for me, kinda rubbery - we come up with enough food on T day. even my kids laugh at it - it even sounds funny! :)~

    well.

its a tofu replacement for turkey..

i don't think it taste good.

it is tofu shaped like a turkey lol

    I don't know.
But I did see the person who said that.

Tofu and turkey. Never tried it before. I bet it tastes really plain.

It's a "turkey" made from tofu. I can't tell you much about it because I have honestly never tried it. I don't care much for tofu.
