Unrefrigerated SOY milk ok?!

Question: I bought nonn-dairy soymilk yesterday and immediately had a glass. I accidently left it out overnight, and all through today (prob. about 30 hours total). It says refrigerate after opening, but I'm wondering if that's just for taste reasons.

Your thoughts? Is my soymilk bad? Should I throw it out?

If it was refrigerated when you bought it then I say throw it out, but if it's the unrefrigerated kind then you might be OK. Then again, when in doubt throw it out.

In general if you're not refrigerating it you should throw it away after 24 hours. See what it smells like.

If it's the long-life or shelf kind, smell it and check the consistency. If it looks and smells ok, then you can probably keep it. If it is the refrigerated kind from the supermarket and you left it out, it's probably no good.

umm its ok for a certain period of time but after idt it would taste so hott...haha i dont recomend
