1. I became vegetarian 36 years ago (and vegan 7 years ago)
2. I was disgusted by eaten something that is dead and decaying.
3. My entire family is vegan, my kids (now 17 and 22) grew up as vegetarians and they made the first step towards becoming vegan.
4. I am what I am. It is my own choice, not a religion, and I don't carry a banner with me stating details about my life style.

2. At first the meat made me sick, I hated the smell, and then eventually hated the taste. Then I saw a videa from PETA and haven't gone back since.

1. I started around 1997...went off it for about three years....and have been back on it for the last year. It's amazing how much better I feel being on it.
