Hi, which of the mono and diglyceride are plant. all the bakery's contain this ingredient!!?!


Question: you have to check with the bakery. I am not aware of animal fats in breads (nor hydrogenated oils for that matter- these are only used when the fat needs to be solid at room temperature... not a issue for bread). However they may use milk. Just ask the bakers or ring the info service if it is a big company.

I dont know but I heard it was an undercover word for hydrogenated oils. I'd avoid it even if its not.
