I've been a vegetarian for 2 years now! First of all, there is actually a lot of protein in the fruits and vegetables you're already eating!. Beans and Nuts are also an excellent source of protein as well!. Some people get a boring idea in their head when they hear the old "bean and nut" routine about vegetarians!. There are many ways to incorporate beans into almost anything you wish!. Check out www!.allrecipes!.com for ideas!. My favorite (and most simple) way to eat nuts is just unsalted nuts and raisins mixed together!. I take a little bag to work with me everyday just in case I need a little snack!. There is also protein in tofu and many ways to cook it!. If you're really trying to be a healthy vegetarian avoid all highly processed foods, frozen foods, pre-packaged foods etc!. If you don't know what an ingredient in the nutrition label is, then don't eat it! That should go for everyone!Www@FoodAQ@Com
