Look at the ingredients list!. Most times, they replace the meat with soy protein!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You have to read the ingredients in each particular product!. The meat might be replaced with soy, vegetables, rice, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Meatless doesn't mean no meat!.!. it means less meat!.!. Now there are products that say No Meat
here is what one No Meat Burger by Burger King contains: Canned Pumpkin, Oatmeal, Soya Sauce, Seasoning! Easy to make yourself!
No Meat Fried Bologna!.!. Sliced Beets!.!. Soaked in Soya Sauce and fried in a bit of cooking oil
Add seasoning to it if desired!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Read the ingredients!. They are always included!. Even on hot foods!. It may have no meat type item at all!. It may use tofu, tempeh or seitan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes meat less, mean not meat!. But if you are unsure ask the person that works there!. and if they don't know ask a manager!.

also get into the habbit of reading labels, you only have to do it once for a product, and than you know!.

Do you have a list that is veg*n friendly!? or would you like one!? - email, or googleWww@FoodAQ@Com
