Question: Vegans, what did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today!? +snacks :-)!?
Oh, and if you say

I am seriously going to fall out of chair and piiss my pants cause it will be so funny!.!. not!. dont!. go away!.
I need ideas on what to eat, I am a beginner :P

For me, it was:

Breakfast -
Apples/Cinnamon oatmeal
1 orange
water

Lunch -
1 Whole wheat pita with a tbsp or 2 or of homemade hummus(extra garlic of course hehe), and lettuce and shredded carrots!.
handful of almonds
water

Dinner -
Small salad with french dressing
a lot of corn (see my name lol)
water
(I think i might have had something else but I cant remember!.)

Snacks -
-Almonds
-Assortment of watermelon, pineapple, honeydew, and orange!.
-1 orange
-water
-green tea

I usually have soymilk but I am all out until later today!. :\Www@FoodAQ@Com

oatmeal with banana and molasses for breakfast - and a cup of iced tea

stuffed peppers (stuffed with green lentils, brown rice and tomato sauce) and an apple

I didn't eat a lot today and I'm new to veganism! But I ate

Breakfast- 2 weetabix with soya milk

Lunch- organic smoked tofu sandwiche!.
-vegetable stew

Snacks-apple slices, carrot batons, soy yogurt and mixed nuts!

Drinks- water and a few smoothies!. mmmm!! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Breakfast - oatmeal, apple

Snack - plain popcorn, vegan cookies, other snacks - outdoor picnic with my daughter :)

Lunch - just a plain old veggie wrap

Dinner - haven't had it yet

Today was pretty laid back, I spent most of the day outside, it's a gorgeous 70 degrees, it's only 3 pm in the Chicago area so I don't even know what's for dinner and the thought of standing by a hot stove doesn't strike me well today, so I might just get mushrooms and tofu with brown rice from a Chinese food place!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Breakfast:
2 whole cinnamon raisin english muffins
1 bottle juice
1 fruit leather fruit roll-up

Lunch:
1 cinnamon raisin bagel
1 c!. chocolate soy milk
1 peanut butter Nature Valley granola bar
2 fruit leather fruit roll-ups

Brekkie:
3 count 'em 3 slices of pugliese toast with earth balance margarine!.

Lunch:
-Hash in a flash (potatoes, onions, bell peppers, italian "sausage", red pepper flakes, salt and pepper)
-Banana

Dinner:
It's still too early for dinner here but I think I'm going to make something with mirepoix!. How exciting!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Breakfast- 2 Grapefruit
Lunch- Bowl of Special K with rice milk, 2 oranges, 2 asian "dumplings"
snack- few bites of a choccolate bar, a few sips of a diet DR!. Pepper

not the best diet, I know, that's just my life right now LOL!.!.

supper will be OJ and maybe a lime fruit bar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

breakfast- Kashi Cereal- Harvest winter wheat with blue berries in rice milk!.

snack- cashews, almonds, a fuji aplple, water

lunch, curried chickpeas in brown rice, with steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, water, 6 ounce galss of vanilla flavored hemp milk!.

dinner- yellow lentils in spinach dal, asparagus with nutritional yeast spinkled on top, yellow saffron rice,
water and pinnapple/ quava green tea!.

last snack- I'll probably just eat some pumpkin seeds and another fuji apple!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Breakfast- 2 cups coffee w/some vanilla silk
Lunch- tofurky slices, soy cheese on a potato roll with some mustard
Snack- organic raspberries
didn't have dinner yet I'll have to get back to you with the rest
maybe rice N beans with some salsa and vegan sour cream
and a nice garden salad w/Italian dressingWww@FoodAQ@Com

breakfast- oatmeal and an orange

lunch-fruit smoothie (made by myself with vegan protein powder ,different fruits, sugar, and water

snack- chips with vegan sour cream (yes there is such a thing!!! and its DELICIOUS!)

dinner will be tofu stir fry and dessert will be vegan ice cream!.

there are some really great things out there to replace things you're used to eating!. look in the organic section at the grocery store, they have a lot of soy, vegetarian and vegan productsWww@FoodAQ@Com

Breakfast; Organic Wholemeal Toast, Organic Pure, Marmite, Organic Banana!. Organic OJ

Snack; Co-op Digestive Biscuit (ok 2!!) Water

Baked Potato with sweetcorn, pineapple and just a smattering of ‘super melting cheezily’ mmmmmn!. Water, Alpro Strawberry soya yoghurt!.

Snack; Organic nuts and Organic sunflower seeds!.

Dinner; Skipped Dinner cause it was a mega rushed evening and I had Rainbows Guides (pre-brownies) to run, followed by a ‘scout hut maintenance committee’ meeting, might grab some salad and a bread roll and make up for it tomorrow!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Breakfast:
- a banana and an orange
- oatmeal
- soy milk

Lunch:
- potato corn chowder
- toast with Earth Balance
- carrot sticks
- an apple

Dinner:
- baked BBQ tofu
- brown rice
- roasted vegetables: carrots, mushrooms, zucchini, baby bok-choy, garlic

Dessert:
- strawberry-apple cobbler

Snacks:
- green tea

- fruit

For snacks they also have a lot of snacks that are healthy and good for you!.!.!.!. There are snacks like JUST THE CHEESE tm- snack chips which are made from cheese the same kind of process that popcorn is made it's pretty dan good I must say!. There are sites like Imedmart!.com you can buy them from!.
