Answers:
Veggie Burgers such as Morningstar Farms or Boca Burgers do not have to be cooked regardless of what anyone on here tells you!. They're simply awful cold and cooking does help the taste because it melts the minimal fat in the things and makes them more palatable, but no: you don't have to cook them!.
I actually LIKE Boca Burgers, but it was an aquired taste, that's for sure!.
And if you cook them, watch out because if you over-cook them, they're like hockey pucks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes you really have to cook them but they are good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is a better practice to cook the veggie burgers before eating them to prevent indigestion and poisoning!. However, I ate uncooked veggie burgers on numerous occasions, and never got sick!. (note: they direct you to cook each patty in the microwave for 2-4 minutes!. Do you really think you "cook" it!? I think it just warms up, and may taste better)Www@FoodAQ@Com
