Fish is good for you, and iron is found in all foods, animal, seafood, plants!. 75% of the US population has a dificiency, so chances are, if you eat more then you would probably be within a healthy range!. Fish is recommended to be eaten 3 times a week!. If you are becoming a vegetarian, eat vegetables alone some days!. Alcohol causes your body to absorb more iron, so dont drink, if you are concerned!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You're pescatarian!.

It's the B12, really!. Nutritional Yeast or a yeast extract is good!.

Nutritional Yeast is yellow and smells like mild cheddar!. It comes if a sort of powdery flaky form!. It can be made easily into a delicious cheese sauce!.

Don't confuse that with Brewer's Yeast, which is a by-product of beer making!. While it's loaded in the same vitamins it tastes awful, smells awful and will likely give you bad gas!.

also, don't mistake Active Dry Yeast as a condiment!. Never never directly eat active yeast!.

Yeast extract is things like Vegemite or Marmite!. The Guiness Marmite is neither vegetarian nor vegan but since you're eating seafood it's safe for you!. They use a fish bladder derivative to clarify Guiness!.

It's salty, good on toast and makes a great foundation for vegan gravy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Spinach has iron in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you get your iron from red meat or any meat it is easily absorbed so you don't lose any of it!. Getting iron from cereals and plants means it does not get absorbed easily so you will need to have vitamin C at the same time!. (Scientific fact) Vegetarians often have to take supplements!. Fish is wonderful brain food, why not just be pescitarian!. It's a good start, you can always change later!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
