Answers:
Remember - the cows and pigs git the same food we do only the worst of it and at a lower standard than what we can eat!. And when we eat flesh meat it has all the bugs and toxins in it only more concentrated!. So - where to start!. Start just one food at a time and remember flesh meat is a stimulant!. So you will feel weaker for about a month after you totally quit eating meat altogether!.

But take heart plant based diets lead to a more peaceful life and greater endurance and strength!. May God bless you as you seek a good thing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
