All of the recipes on this site are vegan, and most are pretty simple: http://www!.chooseveg!.com/vegan-recipes!.a!.!.!.

My favorite breakfast recipe:

Pumpkin Pie Pancakes (from "Vegan Planet" cookbook)

1 ? cups unbleached all-purpose flour
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
? teaspoon salt
? teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 ? cups soy milk or other non-dairy milk
1/3 cup canned pumpkin
1 Tablespoon corn oil

1!. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice and set aside!.

2!. In a food processor or blender, combine the soy milk, canned pumpkin, and corn oil and process until well blended!. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing with a few swift strokes until just combined!.

3!. Use a skillet to make pancakes as you would with regular pancake batter!.

Favorite vegan chocolate chip cookie recipe:

(Where it says "21/4cups", it should be 2 and 1/4 cups)

These cookies are sooo amazing, you'll want to eat all of the batter before you make the cookies!Www@FoodAQ@Com

nearly any recipe can be adapted to vegetarianism or veganism!.
Use coconut milk instead of dairy milk
Use Agar Agar to make your non-animal jelly and non-animal cheeses!
Use veggies, breads, oatmeal, soya sauce for
other veggie stuff!.!. You need to go look in your local library for Vegan books recipe section of course! you can also look at my blog ca!.360!.yahoo!.com/ddherbalsWww@FoodAQ@Com

I can tell you how to make beautiful and tasty veggie fritters!. My fiancéè loves them and when I make them at home, they all disappear without me knowing it!. Try it with any other veggies but here's my favourite!. Cut all veggies into tiny pieces!.
1 carrot, grated or cut into tiny pieces
4 green beans
1/4 of a small cabbage
1/4 green and / red and / yellow pepper
1 baby marrow
1 small egg
2-3 tbsps flour
a pinch of salt
pepper

Mix everything together until the mixture sticks well together and then spoon the mixture into lumps on a pan with hot oil!. when they are done, remove the oil from them by patting with a serviette!. Trust me, They are delicious and simple to make!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here are some good recipes:

Stir fry- You need cut up tofu, soy sauce, olive oil, steamed veggies, and cooked rice

Get a frying pan and coat it with olive oil!. The put the tofu in the pan and brown each side of it!. Next, add the veggies!. Add a little soy sauce and put in the rice!. Mix everything up and then let it sit on the stove, occasionally stirring it to make sure it doesn't burn!. After about a minute and a half of that put it in a bowl and enjoy!

Hummus- chick peas, lemon juice, paprika, black pepper, and any other spices/seasonings you like

Puree the chick peas!. Then add a little lemon juice, paprika, pepper, and other spices!. Then stir!. Serve with a pita, with cucumbers, or on a veggie wrap!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
