Yeah!. Opened and unopened soy milk lasts longer than milk!. I had some soy milk in my refrigerator for a long time!. When I went to use some to make some pancakes it was all lumpy and smelled just like spoiled milk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
If it's from the box, and you buy it off a shelf!. It has a long shelf life (a year or so) - - unopened of course!.
If it's in a carton, and you bought it in the cold section it doesn't last as long (a few months!.)
There should be an expiration date on it!.
Always remember it only has seven to ten days once opened!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nothin worse than sour milk!.!.even soy milk!. Yuck!. If it said best BEFORE Feb 08, then toss it out! There is a reason for expiration dates!. Expired food/drink is not good for the body!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Usually only lasts until the expiry date even sooner if kept in a hot place!.the long life variety will not suffer much from the heath (Unless is left under the sun for considerable time but it is wise to respect the expiry date!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Yes, given time everything goes bad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I thought, it can't be empty, the cartpn is heavy so I looked into it and squeezed!. It was thicker than toothpaste and it when right into my eye!. I felt sooo grossed out!.
But yeah, it goes bad, but it takes longer than for cows milk!. (Yes! another point for the vegans!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com
