Question: I only eat like 3 things I nd recommendations for other foods!?
What other foods are good for a vegetarian that are healthy and fill you up!. I am sick of salads no matter how many twist and different recipes I tried I am just sick of them so I need a brake!. I want more ideas for my food menu because as of now all I eat is Kashi golean cereal with ffmilk, Peanut butter and preserves sandwich, sometimes eggs, and I ate salads but ew!. Honestly this is my main food consumption so I need more Ideas!. Pls low fat, healthy, vegetarian and fills you up!?

I love pasta but it is so bad for me and does not fill me up!?

I am also a vegetarian that is sorta fed up with the salads, but here are some suggestions for you!. a lot of foods that fill me up include:

-nuts/seeds (I love cashews and pumpkin seeds!)
-lentils
-fish (i don't know if you eat fish or not)
-whole grain breads/bagels
-whole wheat pasta (it's not bad for you!)
-cottage cheese (or other cheese, again, if you eat them)
-tofu
-cereal with skim or soy milk (I like cheerios myself)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I made stir fry for dinner!.

All you need is some vegetables and tofu and soy sauce if you want it!.

HUMMUS!!!!
you can get all kinds, even 'vegeterian' which basicly uses soy milk instead, aside from the milk all hummus is vegeterian/vegan!.
it's great with pita bread, you can make sandwhiches with it!.!.anything!.
my friend taught me to butter pita bread and bake it and use hummus dip, its great!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1) portobelo mushrooms [grilled] with salt and pepper!. they are juicy and fantastic!. 2) google "twice cooked pork" and find a recipe and by eliminating the pork and instead stir frying slices of tofu with it, it is fantastic over rice!. 3) mac and cheese with stewed tomatoes (for a quick meal)!. sounds gross but the combination is amazing as the flavors contrast but mix perfectly!. 4) eggplant parmesean!. basically eggplant rolls filled with ricotta cheese and baked with parmesean on the top and tomato sauce all around!. very good for a cold night!. email me if you want any more suggestions, as a vegetar/vegan for over two years i have many recipes for good food!Www@FoodAQ@Com
