Answers:
Put them in meals where they are NOT the focus!. E!.g!. add half a chopped zucchini to your pasta sauce!.!.!. or a handful of snow peas in your stir fry!.!.!. or a bit of broccoli in a veggie lasagna!.

Don't *make* him eat any of this stuff OR try and trick him into it, because if you do, he will just resent you for it!.

The best thing is to let him know you're putting a little bit in because you want to have it [it's not really fair if he stops you from eating this stuff] and tell him that if he wants to pick it out, that's OK!.!.!. you never know, he might just come around to it if he's only having it in small doses with food that he loves!Www@FoodAQ@Com

If vitamins dont go in one way put them in the other way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could just chop a little bit and put it in he will never know!. Soup is a good place to do that, it soaks up all the nutrients and you can't even taste it!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

get some thin sliced smoked turkey from the deli!.!.!. coat some asparagus with a bit of olive oil and salt and pepper!. lay a piece of the turkey on a cutting board and roll the asparagus tightly in it exposing the tips!.!.!. make like 5 for each person!!! Bake them for 15 minutes at 350!. They are the best thing ever seriously! He will ask for them every week!. My wife is the same way and I turned her on to them and now she craves them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

One way I've served veggies that someone doesn't like, is by making interesting sauces for them!. For example, if the person who doesn't like veggies, likes cheese, then cheese sauces can make a big difference!. And so on!. I've also served raw veggies with some great dips, and that has gotten a non-veggie person to eat a lot more veggies!.
