when i eat meat and grains i always get a bad breath!.!.!.but when i switch to raw eating without nuts and grains- my breath is perfect!.!.!.

but i`ve heard and read a lot of times that being a vegan makes you weak in every level and turns a guy into a homosexual and impotent!.!.!.is that true!? is veganism a real threat to your health!? is that possible to work out while being a vegan!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's impossible to "turn" gay--you either are or aren't, and what you eat has nothing to do with being gay, straight, or bi!. You also won't be weak as long as you eat a varied diet!. As for impotence, eating excess fatty foods, including meat, clogs your arteries, including the ones leading to your genitals!. This is one case where you can trust PETA's ads about veggie viagra!.

Google Vegetarian athlete, and you will find plenty of options for healthy eating and working out!.

if you are a veagan you are not any more prone to becoiming gay or anything like that but it can be bad for you if your not carefull because if you aren't eating meat you are missing out on a lot of vitamins and minerals so you need to research and find out how to get the proper amount of protiens vitamins and mineralsWww@FoodAQ@Com

but yea veganism is a REALLY strick diet, you have to be totally committed to it and you have to eat perfect or else you'll get sick!. for alot of people its a really unhealthy diet because they dont know how to eat right and it does make them weak but yes you can still workout and be a vegan, so if you are considering being a vegan i would go to a nutritionist and get tips for it and what they think is a right meal plan!. if your just thinking about being a vegetarian its a much easier diet, like im a vegetarian and im totally healthy!. there are lots of types of vegetarian diets to choose from too, i personally think being a vegetarian is so much healthier and that being a vegan is too extreme!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Actually, going vegan is a very good and healthy lifestyle!. You just have to be really informed on food's, vitamin's, seeds, grains and beans!. You have to make sure you are receiving enough protein!. You can be vegan and still get the protein you need!. You just need to read and be informed about it all!. First, let me assure you that what you eat has NOTHING to do with your sexuality!. It is a personal choice that you make!.

Eating a non animal based diet is not going to make you weak - unless you eat a poor diet and a diet that is not balanced!.

The biggest threat to your health - is eating a poor diet!.

As to meat giving you bad breath - I haven't noticed that in others!. I live in Texas - so exposed to MANY meat eaters - TRUST ME! :)

But if your thinking of just eating raw, with no nuts or grains - that is a diet that I would really suggest that you discuss with a doctor so that they could point you to a healthy choice!.
