Random craving for bananas?!
The banana craving returns! I've been having strange cravings recently! I especially love banana smoothies!!. I cannot explain it, and I appreciate the randomness of the situation!

trying opening up ONE PART of a banana peel!.!.!.!.!.scoop out a bit of the banana (lengthwise) and fill the space with a few chocolate chips, some vegan marshmallows, and graham cracker bits!. zap it in the microwave long enough for the chocolate to melt and the marshmallows to get puffy!. voila! banana smores that are DELICIOUS!. might not be healthy, but hey!.!.!.it's chocolate and bananas!. add some chocolate soy milk and you will have the most deliciously devious thing ever!. =DWww@FoodAQ@Com

Here's my fave Banana walnut & almond cinnamon cake recipe
Ingredients:
2 ? Cups self raising flour
? Cup vegetable oil
? Cup soft tofu
1 ? Cup soy milk (300ml)
? Cup brown sugar
3 or 4 ripe bananas
? tsp salt
? tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
? Cup crushed walnuts
? Cup crushed almonds
Method:
1!. mash up bananas & tofu
2!. add soy milk, oil, vanilla, salt, sugar, cinnamon & nuts then whisk together
3!. sift flour in while mixing
4!. grease baking pan with margarine (I use canola or soy margarine)
5!. fill tray and bake for about 1hr at 180 degrees Celsius!. (time & temp may vary depending on your oven)

1/2 banana
1/2 glass soy milk
1 tsp honey (veg) or fruit concentrate (vegan)
2 tbs fine oats
2 tbs soft tofu
Blend it all up in a blender!. It makes about 1 glass!. Tofu adds protein, oats & banana make you feel full, & honey or concentrate makes it sweet n yummy (don't use too much though)!.
