Cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until aromatic!.
Pour chickenstock
Add chicken, carrot, and rice
Stir until well combined!.
Cook, stirring with a wooden spoon, for 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through!.Bring to the boil!.
Reduce heat to medium-low!. Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until lime leaves are tender!.
