I've never made Coleslaw with non-dairy mayo but here's a great slaw recipe!. I can only suggest trying it and see how it tastes!. Good luck!.

1 head shredded green cabbage
2 carrots, grated
1 red onion, thinly sliced
2 chopped green/white onions
1 fresh red chile, sliced
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 lemon, juiced
Pinch sugar
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Combine the cabbage, carrots, red onion, green/white onions, and chile in a large bowl!. In another bowl, stir together the mayo, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, and sugar!. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss gently to mix!. Season with the celery seed, salt, and black pepper!. Chill for a couple of hours before serving!.

You can also throw in a few dashes of hot pepper to taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
