Yay, good for you!!

Check out http://www!.chooseveg!.com/ for motivation!.!.!.!. it explains the benefits of being vegetarian for animals, the environment, and health!. There is also a section with delicious veg recipes!

Reading about factory farming has helped me to stay motivated!. This is a good site to learn more about factory farming issues: http://mercyforanimals!.org/factory_farmi!.!.!.

It really helps to have some delicious fake meats that you can use in your favorite meals!. For example, I loveee BLTs made with Smart Bacon veggie bacon, and pasta with Nate's Meatless Meatballs!. Some brands are better than others, so try different ones until you find your favorites!. These are some popular products:

Keep up with what you believe, Its hard, but what really believe in will win!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think it's good to eat a lot of veggies but please stay away from Peta, seriously!. I would eat more veggies than I would meat but you still need your protein!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Good for you, it's going to be hard!. I think you can do it though!. I know this is really gross, but if you think of how the pig died and how much cholesterol is in that bacon, you can stay off of meat!. Sorry I couldn't come up with any other suggestions!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you could try out some vegitarian recipes, and find some nice things, so if you're feeling tempted by some bacon or whatever, you could have something else instead that tastes good too!.

and if you see some meat and want to eat it, think of the poor animal and how it died!. that should stop you wanting to eat it!.

or, if your family/friends/etc don't think you'll be able to stop eating meat, you could ask them to sponsor you, so that you would have an incentive to stay a vegetarian!.

good luck!!.,

edit:
and there are so many great meat substitutes, which taste so much like meat, so you could have them instead!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

everytime you see meat that looks good think of they cruel way animals are killed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

To be honest, you're doing a great thing, but you don't seem to be very committed!. When I became a vegetarian, I knew what I was in for!. There can't be any regrets!. The longer you stay vegetarian, the more disgusting the thought of eating meat becomes!. Likely similar to someone who quits smoking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you are awesome for making this decision to stop eating meat! it is difficult at first, but it gets easier the longer you stick to it!. you have to be committed but don't beat yourself up too much if you make mistakes, just do your best!. there are SO many things you can eat that taste great and give you your daily vitamins and nutrients that do not come from meat!. with that said, it will be hard to stay firm with your parents but if you do some research you will have facts to back up your decision!. i decided to go veg when i was 13 and my mom was worried about my health, but i ate high protein alternatives (boca burgers, nuts, soy) and she was fine!. now it's been 14 years and i'm still a vegetarian :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

haha i thought about going veg!. one time then my mom made chicken dude i couldnt resist its so good!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
