Eat lots of nuts and nut butters!. A good source of fat and protein, along with lots of great vitamins!.

Almond, cashew, and other nut butters work really well!. Avocados are high in good fats too!. Using a nice quantity of good oils like olive and sesame help, and you can always pour a little on your entree (if the flavors compliment)!.

you can eat some chicken or turkey!. they are good for you if you take off the skin and turkey is a healthier than chicken!. you can also eat some beef once in a while!. also some nuts like peanuts!. you can also eat peanut butter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can often times find bars that make you gain weight!. Usually athletes take them when they are wanting to bulk up or gain weight!. They taste good too, and come in tons of yummy flavors! They sell them at health foods stores, organic stores, some grocery stores, and you can order them around the internet!.!.!. it might take some time searching, but they are deff!. a healthy way to gain a few pounds!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
