Is it possible to make homemade soymilk as smooth and good as the store bought brands using a soy milk maker?!
I just bought a soy milk make as my children consume so much of it and it's breaking the bank!. I need the milk to taste comprable to the soy milk you get at the grocery stores!. I ordered some Laura beans which I heard were the best tasting for soy milk!. Are there any recipes or tricks of the trade you could share with me to get the best-tasting soy milk possible!? Thank you for your help!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I had a Soyajoy soymilk maker for a while!. I found the best soymilk was made by running it 3 cycles!. What I did was run a cycle, clean out the bean container and refill it with fresh beans again twice!. Afterwards I strained it through a cloth to get out particles!.
If you have been purchasing soy milk, it's probably been sweetened!. It's probably had salt added to it!. You'd have to experiment to get the taste as close as possible!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
