What can a soft core vegitarion eat?!
i want to be a vegatarian but i dont want to be like extremley vegitarian i just want to know the minimum requirment!Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you want to call yourself a vegetarian, the "minimum requirement" is that you cannot eat any kind of animal - fish, shrimp, crab, lobster, pork (pig), beef/steak (cow), chicken, etc!. Like others said, if you want to call yourself a pescatarian (sp!?), then you can eat fish but no other animals!.
If you just want to limit your meat consumption, that's a great step for your health and the environment!. Factory farming is one of the greatest contributors to deforestation, ground water pollution, and so much more!. Most animals raised for consumption (and for dairy products) are injected with chemicals, hormones, anitbiotics, etc!. in order to increase production and minimize the disease and health issues caused by the very conditions they're forced to live in!. Do a few random searches on the issues and you'll likely be shocked at what you discover!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can start as an ovo-lacto vegetarian (you eat eggs and dairy products, but no meat, fish or poultry), and I would recommend slowly cutting back on animal products!. if you want to start out slow you need to find milk cheese and eggs these are a good start also cottage cheese i have survived well on these sence before birth!.
as for the second growth and slow go add beans and rice to your diet!. these are complete protiens
also things such as sunflower seeds and nuts mixed with dried fruit they are wonderful ways to get energy and enjoy a snack and still get a complete protien and fruit at the same time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
