Best vegan/vegetarian cookbook for college students?!

Question: Best vegan/vegetarian cookbook for college students!?
I've been looking on amazon!.com for some vegan/vegetarian cookbooks that don't require a whole lot of expensive and obscure ingredients!.
I found a few, but I'm kind of weary of buying a cookbook online without getting a peek at the recipes/pictures!.

So, my questions is this: what veg cookbook would you recommend to your kid, friend, neighbor, etc!. on a college student's budget!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Saving Dinner the Vegetarian Way
This woman is amazing!. I recommend her to all of my friends!. Honestly I haven't tried this cookbook, I have the regular saving dinner one, but she includes a Vegetarian meal once a week in her normal menu!.
Here are the reasons I LOVE the book:
1!. Most meals you can prepared in less than 30 minutes!.
2!. You shop weekly for the things you need and she prepares the list of things you need to get!.
3!. She SUGGESTS the side dishes to go with the meal!.
4!. No outrageous ingredients!. I have come across things I don't use everyday, but they are easily purchased at any store!.
5!.If you are cooking for one, you can easily adjust the amount of food you buy!.

Anyways, here's the link so you can read what other people have to say about it!.
