Question: Is too much soy in your diet bad for you!?

I wasn't going to answer this but after reading coffee's answer I am compelled!.

Coffee-are you so biased to believe that only the meat industry does that!?!?!?!? "the meat industry and the medical industry is throwing money,propaganda B!.S!.,and false claims to discredit something that is a serious threat to their $$"----just as the soy industry does to promote soy!. ALL parties are guilty not just the one's that don't jive with your beliefs!.

Almost all research and studies regarding the food industry is BS!. The food industry is all different factions fighting for a piece of the money pie and all agencies, websites, doctors, politicians etc!.!.!.!.are owned by lobbyists!.

To answer your question,some research has shown that there are dangers with soy and all research, even research that coffee says is meat industry propaganda, shows that there are benefits to soy as well!. Too much soy is most likely detrimental, as is too much anything!.

People who believe everything that supports their beliefs must be true and everything that goes against their beliefs must be a conspiracy are wearing blinders!.

Too much of anything is bad for you!.

You don't have to eat tons of soy to be veg*an!. However, in moderate amounts, it is good for you!.

And if you're worried about the phytoestrogens in soy, you should know that animal products have far more artificial hormones, and those are worse than anything in soy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't consume a lot of soy products anyway!. My sister, who was at the time a vegetarian, told me this!. I try to just consume more veggies and fruits than anything!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Take all things in moderation!.!.!.!.!.!.!. including moderation!.

A reasonable amount won't be harmful, but eating it exclusively as with anything can lead to trouble!.

Soy needs to be treated, never have soy flour which is just made from grinding soy beans!.!.!.have processed soy which is harmless absolutely!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
