When I first decided to become a vegetarian I tried soy burgers, soy hot dogs (yuck), soy bacon (double yuck)!. I hated it!. The only fake meat I can stand is soy sausage and I only eat that on occasion!. I have just found the joy in eating veggie sandwiches and veggie meals!. For instance, when I was a meat eater I enjoyed chicken pasta!. Now, I just substitute the chicken for mushrooms (yum)!. With spaghetti I used to add ground turkey, now I substitute that with zucchini and add lots of vegetables!. I used to eat turkey sandwiches, now my sandwiches consist of lettuce, tomatoes, olives, banana peppers, soy cheese, mayo, and mustard!.

My point is, maybe you could try some delicious alternatives to meat!. I used to have a crave meat until I put some thought into how I could make my veggie meals delicious!. I experimented with vegetables and fruits that I normally ignore in the grocery stores!. I also got two cook books that have been really helpful!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
