Yes, a few years ago I was actively engaged in a weight loss plan and just wanted to keep tabs on my caloric intake!. I also tracked protein and fiber grams and found, as expected, that I was getting plenty of both!. Yeah, kept it in an Excel spreadsheet!. I was so excited!. I spent more time creating the template than actually typing in it!. Oh well, it was a great idea!.
