I use olive oil most often, followed by canola for higher heat cooking, and sesame in small amounts for flavor!. I also have grapeseed oil that I use for a few recipes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Olive: salad, toast bread, stir fry

I use GRAPESEED oil!. It is great to use in all forms of cooking!. It is lighter than Olive oil!. There have been proven studies that it is beneficial for the heart and keeps your arteries supple!. I use it ALL the time!. Sometimes I get olive oil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
