but we are [INDIAN] like Mustard oil, Soy oil, coconut oil, Sunflower oil, and also like Peanut oil!.

Peanut/Canola / corn / soy : for deep Frying or stir frying
Sufflower : for salad , hair treatment , skin treatment
Olive: salad, toast bread, stir fry
Sesame oil: Chinese salad, and marinating

I use all the above there is about 4 kinds of oil in my kitchen pantry!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Olive (Canola for higher temps)

Animals Are Cool--Pam makes an olive oil spray so maybe you'd like that for when you use the spray!. Doesn't compare to the good stuff but it works for some things like keeping something from sticking to a pan in the oven!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I use olive oil because although it contains a lot of calories, it is very healthy!.

There is a woman in Israel right now who is 120 years old and she drinks a cup of olive oil a day (that's a little extreme for me though)!.

I use GRAPESEED oil!. It is great to use in all forms of cooking!. It is lighter than Olive oil!. There have been proven studies that it is beneficial for the heart and keeps your arteries supple!. I use it ALL the time!. Sometimes I get olive oil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Honestly, it depends on what I'm cooking!. I currently have four types of oil in my kitchen: EVOO, canola, sesame, and vegetable!. I think I use them with an equal frequency!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
