I am a vegetarian and i need to bulk up a little?!

You're not a vegetarian if you eat fish!. Eat what you want but to call yourself a vegetarian when you eat the meat/flesh of a fish is a lie!.!.!. it just doesn't make sense!. Just like water made of solid rock doesn't make sense, it cannot exist!.
If you want to bulk up eat a lot of protein rich foods like beans, nuts, seeds, tofu, TVP, seitan and soy!. Research the right exercises you should be doing!. Rather than running or cycling which will make you fit but lean, you should weight train as this will increase the muscle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

do you eat dairy!? Pastas with either soy cheese or milk cheese!. Breads with olive oil and butter!. PEANUT BUTTER!. there are lots of things!. Make some smoothies with banana, peanut butter and flax oil!. It will be delicious, high calorie and healthy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

why do you eat fish and not other meat, try eating lots of fresh veg, and plenty of grannery bread, but the best thing realy is loads of chicken!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Work out!! Eat lots of protein (but don't eat too much fish, like tuna and salmon!. They have mercury and that can give you brain damage and stuff!) if you want to build muscle and stuff!.
