Question: What do you use Bragg's (liquid aminos) in!?
Answers:
it's usually used to replace soy sauce, so in things like stir fries or scrambled tofu!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like to use it for flavor in things that I am broiling at times - say mushrooms - eggplant maybe - whatever!.

Adds a 'salty' taste to things and actually has a nutritional value to it over just average salt!.

Other uses as well - as others have already mentioned - but this is just what I use it for!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It can be used in many recipes calling for soy sauce or tamari, but it has a slightly different flavor, as it's just made of soybeans and water!. Raw foodists also use this to give flavor to their dishes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Its a good substitute for soy sauce, And its got a slightly different flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
