I honestly don't have a clue of what its name is (I've been told its name several times, and it still eludes me lol)!. A close friend of mine who's parents are from India (she was born in NJ) made this AMAZING dish that consisted of cauliflower, lightly toasted and coated in some kind of rich spice!. It was eaten with a thin pita bread looking thing (again, can't recall the name) that was brushed with crushed garlic before stuffing it with the cauliflower mixture, rolling it up and eating it!. I'm drooling just thinking about it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
