I won't tell you what to do - you got your Dad to quarrel with, and that should be enough!. Are you sure you don't want to do something to make your father angrier!?
Look, being vegan is a good choice, but you need to do things on your own, develop responsibilities not only for shopping and cooking your own food, but also for sticking to a plan that keeps you healthy and will provide your body (that is still growing) with all the necessary things it needs!.

and think once again about your decision!. And take it slow!.!.!.the slower, the more time you'll have to adapt to it (or reject it)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, as an individual it's very easy!. Once you get used to which products have what in them and reading labels etc!. no prob!. The biggest prob!. you will have is with your parents!. Parents tend to be very very very stubborn about such things and feel that you are going against their upbringing!. You know, it's like if you were raised a Catholic and decided to become Jewish!. That's what it's like for your parents, especially your dad!. They can either support you in whatever you do, or be close-minded about the whole thing and basically make your life a living hell!.
Protein is in every living thing!.
We make protein from amino acids!.
When we eat whole proteins, they are first broken down into amino acids then distributed in the body, then some stored, some used to make proteins, and bla bla bla!.
You cannot deprive yourself of any nutrient or vitamin unless you are starving yourself, or just eating potato chips, or whatever!. A well rounded diet will give you everything you need!.
Remember, there are lots of people out there that live on totally junk food diets and no one questions them about where they get all of their nutrients etc!. from!. But, they are totally unhealthy and deprived of nutrients!. So, forget all that crap about vitamins, nutrients etc!.
Get the book "Becoming Vegan" and it will help you a lot!. I don't agree with everything in that book (there's a lot of dumbing down and lawyer talk), but it's good for beginners!.
You are a picky eater!?
Well, once you can choose your own food, cook your own food, know your food, grow your food, and can actually hone the skill of preparing and cooking etc!. You will find that you will no longer be picky eater because food will just taste too good for any pickyness!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Humans were born to eat meat, i'm sorry but if we werent then we wouldnt be able to digest it!. Have a look around, theres nothing unnatural about eating meat, if other animals do it then it must be what mother nature intended!.
Dont even start with the veganism!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
