Is whey protein better than pea,soy, and hemp?!

Whey protein is a milk product!. Pea is reasonably O!.K!. and I have little information on hemp as yet!. However, never eat any unfermented soy product and be careful with all soy products as they are not as healthy as people think they are!.

It tastes better for a start!. It has a better amino acid profile for another and it has very few allergens compared to the others!.
Those people that complain that they are dairy-sensitive generally mean that they are lactose intolerant!. Whey hasmost of the lactose removed!. Caesin is even better for you than whey incidentally!. It takes longer to digest and is less likely to raise your insulin levels etc!.

Its amino acid profile is different, but soy and hemp are supposed to be complete proteins!. I guess it just depends on what you want it for, and how well you can digest it!. Some people get upset stomachs from whey or soy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
NO Whey is a dairy product many are allergic, same with Soy!. Plus unfermented Soy leads to hormone problems!.
