Answers:
You might try drinking acidic things- lemon juice, green teas, and apple cider vinegar!. But only do those in addition to eating healthy foods- you don't need to do a dramatic purging cleansing of your body!. If you gradually and healthily transition to a vegetarian lifestyle your body will cleanse itself over time!. That's healthier and easier to maintain than an up-and-down, binge-and-purge cycle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Kombucha with fruit juice added is much tastier than vinegar!
Try GT Dave's Mango or Strawberry from the refrigerated section at heath food stores and some supermarkets!.
Fresh lemonade made to taste with a squeezed organic lemon (or lime) and some agave nectar or maple syrup and water is a delicious cleansing drink!.

Yogurt and kefir can get your gut bacteria back up to par (kombucha does this too)!.

Stop eating pre-made food and start eating more fruits and vegetables, with grains and beans, maybe a spicy rice and pinto dish to eat a little of for a couple of days!.
If you don't start small, you will have stomach aches and gas in the transition from eating a highly-processed, low-fiber diet, to a whole food, high fiber one!.

Eat fruit instead of sugary desserts, drinks, etc!.
Too much sugar or salt will ruin your detox!.
I've found that dates can stop my sugar craving, as they are very sweet, but they are absorbed more slowly, so they don't spike your blood sugar!. Plus, they are full of minerals!

Eat a handful of nuts every day, for good fats, vitamins, and minerals!. My favorite are almonds!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
