I eat an apple and a pear for breakfast... what do you think of that?!
Those are the only fruit and carbs I eat all day, besides a few slices of yam (I eat mostly plant based things)!.

hmmm!.!.!. I'd say you need a little more than that!. otherwise your body will go into what is considered "survival mode"!. It will start to store every little bit of sugar/energy or nutrients it gets which in turn can actually make you gain some weight!. as a student nurse, i'd say this is bad!.!.!.
even if you are vegan, foods appart from fruit are okay to eat!.!.!. if not, then your missing out on vitamins and minerals nd stuff!.!.!. at least have a supplement or something to give your body fuel!.!.!.

To me fruit tends to be a snack (mid-morning or mid-afternoon)!. Your body really needs protein in the morning rather than just sugar and carbs!. I would suggest that you add a glass of soy milk to the piece of fruit in order to add some protein to your breakfast!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
