Answers:
Vegetarians do not eat meat, including poultry and seafood!.
Lacto Ovo means they still consume eggs and dairy products!.
Vegans do not eat or wear anything derived from animals: meat, eggs, dairy products, leather, wool, etc!.
Someone who doesn't eat red meat is doing a great thing for the planet, but there isn't a name for them except omnivore!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Vegan - someone who chooses not to eat anything that came or is from an animal!. Thus no red meat, no chicken, no pork, no fish/seafood (including lobsters, mussels, snails, or even crayfish), and non of the animal made products like dairy (no cheese, milk, ricotta, ice cream, etc!.), eggs, and even no honey (made from bees - technically an insect, but still in the Animal Kingdom)!. They will try not to use or wear leather goods (made from animal hides), eat whitened sugar (use charred bones for bleaching the sugar), or gelatin!.
Vegetarian - will not eat animal flesh as it was an animal that was killed and hacked up into assorted parts with specific terminology (steaks, ribs, tenderloin, rump, and a nonspecific would be hamburger or even hotdog)!. They will eat dairy and eggs as that does not kill the animal!. Suffering may be had by the animals, but if you go organic and the humanely raised seal, there is less suffering of the animals to get their product!.
Ovo (meaning egg)-vegetarian: eats only eggs, no dairy
Lacto (meaning milk)-vegetarian: eats only dairy, and no eggs
Ovo-Lacto-vegetarian: eats both dairy and eggs
Eating no red meat!? There is a term called flexitarian or semi-vegetarian in which the omnivore prefers to eat vegetarian but will eat a little bit of meat on occasion (due to cravings or social politeness)!. Perhaps we can call them the white meat omnivores (including chicken, pork, and fish/seafood as white meat)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

there are of course in betweens some of which have names and some who are just in between (for instance i'm a vegetarian and i don't drink milk or eat eggs, but i'll still eat things made with them like cake, jsut a way to cut back for me without going vegan)
if you eat some meat but not others, your just a meat eater who doesn't eat all meat!.!.!.!. nothing wrong with that you just don't get a label :PWww@FoodAQ@Com

There is no "term" for someone who doesn't eat cows, they just don't eat red meat!. A vegetarian never eats meat of any kind, and that means chicken and fish!. A vegan also does not eat dairy, eggs, and usually honey!. A lacto-vegetarian eats dairy, and ovo-vegetarian eats eggs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
