I know what you mean when people totally claim to be something they aren't!. Like my friend, who I love to death but can be highly artificial sometimes, claimed to go straight from beastly carnivore to "vegan" in one hour (though she continued to eat meat) because I made the step from vegetarian to vegan!. Most likely, they just want you to like them more even though they wouldn't make a commitment and actually do what you do!.

I would recommend setting your friend straight, but do it nicely because most likely, they just want to feel accepted by you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just call her on it, I would get ticked too!.!.!. If you are a vegan you are not being nosy by correcting her!.!.!.

EDIT: I didn't change my question to make you look bad, quite honestly I thought you were trolling when you posted the question so I was "taking the high road" by not going third degree on you!.!.!. but it appears that you were not trolling so I edited my answer to give an actual!.!.!. answer XDWww@FoodAQ@Com

get over it!.!.!. you need to learn more patience if simple things like this make you upset!.!.!.!. and if it bothers you that much then just dont be friends with her!.!.!.!. you must be in high school because this is a lot of drama from a situation that doesnt need it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just call her on her sh!t!. The next time she says she's vegan, hand her a dictionary and tell her "no, you're not!."Www@FoodAQ@Com
