not really!. i just eat when im hungry, and whatever i feel like!. if i feel like something healthy il have a banana!. if i feel like something greasy and fatting!.!. il have mcdonalds!. if i feel like spoiling myself il have icecream!. but i work out to make up for it!. i also feel good about myself when i work out and dont put on weight!. having a good body is far more satisfactional then eating a chesse burger for 1 minute!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Before becoming a veg*n, I really didn't!. After commiting to a healthy lifestyle, I *absolutely* watch what I eaat!.
I eat very few processed foods!. I make my own sweet treats (like sorbet, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, etc!.)!. I couldn't tell you the last time I had a potato chip!.
It's all about the phrase "you are what you eat"!. If I put junk in my body, why would I expect it to function well!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

i believe in small but often,but its the quality of foods you eat not quanity,
fruit veg
fish
chicken
yogurts
cereals
pasta once a week rice once a week
my treat is a bar of dark chocolate
i have semi-skimmed milk
i drink water
red meat, but i cut ALL the fat off

Usually!. If I'm eating at the dining hall (I'm a college student) I try to go for some of the vegetarian options, get chicken instead of beef, things like that!. I try to eat fruit for snacks instead of cookies and chips!. I never drink regular soda anymore!.!.!.it's either diet or just water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, unfortunately I do, I can't me a hypocrite to my clients when I stress eating healthy on them!. Its for my own good though, and everyone that does it as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not really!. I try to but I'd rather focus on the flavors!. I'm in the culinary arts so pretty much taste is going to outweigh health!. That's why chefs and nutritionists don't get along very well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Since going vegetarian, I am now health conscious!. I try to limit junk food in my diet!. I never drink fizzy drinks!.
I try to eat healthily, but some days I can't resist a bit of ''naughty food''
