Answers:
~Some health food stores have really good (and healthy) trail mix!. You could always make your own with various nuts, raisins or craisins, pumpkin seeds, sesame sticks, etc!.
~Hummus and mini carrots/whole wehat crackers (like Kashi) are a good option!.
~If you're at home and have some time, make a huge plate of nachos!. Layer your fave veggies on top of torilla chips, add vegan cheese, microwave and your set! (or skip the veggie shopping and just use some salsa and veggie cheese)!.
~If you have a sweet tooth some day, make a fresh fruit smoothie with a banana and whatever else you have on hand: blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, watermelon, etc!. Add some ice, a bit of soy milk or OJ and blend!Www@FoodAQ@Com

1/3 cup of mixed nuts (peanut free if you don't like peanuts) & 1/4 cup of raisins or dried cranberries!. Personally, I like to add 25 semi-sweet chocolate chips to this mix, but if you are going no-dairy, skip the chocolate or sub carob chips!. This is super healthy and very satisfying!Www@FoodAQ@Com
