Answers:
A single Banana alone has 39 grams of carbs!. 162 calories, & 35!.5 grams of natural fruit sugar!.
It sounds to me like a healthy dessert!.
Carbs are not bad it's refined foods(aka carbs) that are so poor/low in nutrition and why "Carbs have such a bad name!.
Example White Rice VS Brown Rice both are carbs, but the wholeness of the brown rice adds to your health, doesn't spike the blood sugar like the white rice does!. Spiking of the blood sugar adds to obesity!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There good carb and it has a high fiber content, iron and is high in calcium!.

I buy a almond flavoured one, I have enjoyed it for years from the time I first bought it in a chinese grocery here in Toronto Canada, bad carbs and fat come from animal source and the soya product we have are low in saturated fats an are better for you than dairy based foods, it is all in how your body digests and is able to handle them, work it out and see how thy benefit you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Soy milk and flour has some carbs - they would be starchy which breaks down into sugar!.

if it has no sugar how is it sweetened!? Unless it is a low or no-calorie sweeten like Splenda then the carbs probably come from the sweetener - honey, high fructose corn syrup, fructose, something like that would be adding the carbs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The only "bad" carbs are refined carbs, like white bread and white pasta!. If its organic and has no sugar, then I wouldn't worry about it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

beans are high in carbs!.

its not THAT many, just dont eat 10 a day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
