Quorn makes GREAT faux chicken nuggets!. My kids and I are vegetarians, not that they eat that many veggies, LOL!. We make things like breakfast for dinner, homemade mac and cheese and baked beans, homemade fettucine alfredo (there is a copycat recipe for Olive Garden's alfredo online that only needs 4 ingredients and is to die for!), and homemade pizzas, veggie subs, baked potato night, etc!. We don't eat the "fake" meats too much but when we do, Quorn makes the best!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are so many things you can make!. I go to the book store/library and there are literally dozens of books just dedicated to recipes!.
I would suggest heading to your local library and checking out some recipes books!. You can also convert some recipes that use meat to vegetarian!. It is very easy to turn a meat dish vegetarian!. It is all about creativity, for example tacos can be made with black beans, or rice; you can make a burger with a portobello mushroom top; etc!. I use tofu with stir fries, but also in soup, to replace the ground beef in stuffed peppers, etc!.
There is nothing wrong with using the faux meats!. I use them occasionally, but not often b/c they are expensive and other things can be used instead!.
