Well it may be ok to eat this for a day or so but you need to get variety, carbs and fat!.

Try including flaxseed oil for some of your fat needs!. Most people are deficient in the omega 3's and it helps to regulate many important hormone functions!. This oil has also been used in certain therapies to help some lose weight!. Other really beneficial oils include olive and coconut oils which are great for stir fries as well as the olive oil on pastas and salads!.

As for the carbs just pick the more complex ones like brown rice and whole wheat instead of whites which break down more quickly into sugar and have less fiber!. If you do not get enough carbs you will feel tired all the time and not have the energy to expend to lose the weight you want!.

I'm happy you want to go vegan but I also hope you are doing for the right motives!. The most important things is to love and respect yourself!. Many weight issues are not about health so much as they are about self image!. If you have confidence in yourself others will see this and not care so much about your exterior impressions of yourself!.

Hope this helps : )Www@FoodAQ@Com

Agreed with veggie-wedgie!.

It really isn't that bad, but you shouldn't really have a "plan", per se!. It's much more interesting to look forward to what you can cook or make instead of following the same menu everyday!. You can check vegweb if you want some really delicious & healthy recipes!.

Oh yeah, doesn't Cheerios contain honey!? Well, it depends on what you define vegan, but most goes a long with the idea of not consuming animal products, including honey!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You may loose more than 5 lbs in the 1st week if you stick to it strictly!. After that your metabolism will drop and you will probably loose about 2lbs a week onwards!. Its a good idea to try add some variety because it will be hard to stick to!. Switch cereals, fruits and vegetables!. Try pumpkin seeds and nuts in the place of just sunflower seeds - Its a good idea to measure this amount as they are high in energy!. For dinner try chopping up a bowl of veggies, add a little water, cover with a plate and put in the microwave for 2 minutes!. Throw over a sauce like sweet chilli or bbq for flavor!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mix in some crunchy vegetables at lunch and dinner so that you won't starve!. BY crunchy I mean steamed or raw broccoli,
cauliflower, asparagus, etc!.

At dinner you need more than spinach!. You're actually eating two legumes at lunch when you only need one!. Try this:

Lunch: Tofu and brown rice or quinoa with asparagus!.

Dinner- Kidney beans, spinach ,croutons or wheat bread rolls , broccoli on the side!. Apple,

The snacks are perfect!. Good luck- You've got the right idea!.

Edit- To lose the weight you want exercise right along with your diet!. Power walk for 30 or 40 minutes 4-5 days a week!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

same i love meat lol but switching to that diet immediatley can hurt your body and in the long run you can suffer sever medical conditions that may not be treatable so the best thing to do is to keep a well balanced diet or else you would pretty much be starving youself!.

i would say that this would be a good diet to follow maybe once or twice a week along with exercise can be very benificial but in the long term yes it could hurt you severly!.

Good luck

Vegan diet will not help you loose weight!. Just eat regular food so you are satisfied!. Not deprive of the food you use to eat!. Just reduce the quantity, Drink water when ever you want to eat something as snack or munching!. 3 light meals will reduce your weight!. We are habitual of a definite kind of food!. by changing them to 360degree!. we have craving for them &when we get them we over eat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you already aren't a vegetarian/vegan, then don't try the diet!. It can be very dangerous and might end up with malnutrition!. Just eat whatever you usually do, EXCLUDING fast food and exercise! Though you should become vegetarian/vegan, its way better!. But do it slowly!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You might want to up your caloric intake!. A general rule of thumb is that you should not eat less than 1,200 calories each day while trying to lose weight, and your meal plan probably wouldn't even add up to 1,000 calories!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It sounds terribly boring!.

There are many far less painful ways to be vegan and lose weight, ya know!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sounds like you're going to starve to death, in my opinion!.

Sorry, but I love meat way too much to even imagine not eating it at least once a day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
