Answers:
Yuo might also want to try Cauldron and VegiDeli

The Cauldron ones are avaialbe in UK supermarkets, you'll have to hunt a bit more for the Vegideli ones!.

I personally think the Caludron ( both lincolnshire and Cumberland ) are much nicer than quornWww@FoodAQ@Com

Tried both the veggie sausages sold in the sausage section as a substitute, and tempeh sausages!. MUCH prefer tempeh sausages - found that the 'veggie' sausages just tasted vaguely lemony and acidic, with a squidgy texture!. Tempeh sausages, on the other hand, were nutty and had a great texture!.

I'm not vegetarian, but like to try veggie alternatives!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've tried both Quorn products as well as other veggie sausages!. Quorn is a good substitute for meat and also a nice variety from the traditional soy meats since its main protein source is mycoprotein (basically a fungus)!.

For veggie sausages, I like Lightlife's!. Here's a more comprehensive lists of vegetarian meat, including veggie sausages:

I always buy the Quorn sausages hon - I think they're lovely too! Cauldron veggie sausages are really nice too (if you are in the UK) but they are higher in fat that the Quorn ones! :o) xxxxWww@FoodAQ@Com
