Dried cranberries?!


Question: Dried cranberries!?
i recently discovered how much i like them, and have tried putting them in my salad!. what is a good dressing that would go with them!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Italian or Basalmic vinigarettes are sooo good with dried cranberries!. also add some pine nuts, they go great together too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

just about anything!.!. it's really a matter of taste!.!. i used to love catalina dressing with them!.!.!.

now i can't stomach the dressing and i just crush them up and put them in with lemon and oranges!.!. with a juice!.!.

or a couple in a glass of soy milk, now that's a great kick!

Try this raspberry vinaigrette recpie:

1/3 cup seedless raspberry preserves, or strain to remove seeds
1/4 cup salad oil
4 tsp rice vinegar
4 tsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp dry white wine
1 tsp Dijon mustard

And keep on enjoying cranberries! You might like to add some pecans to a salad with cranberries, too, and if you're not vegan maybe some bleu cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I make spinach salad with poppy seed dressing topped with dried cranberries and walnuts!.

I use a Garlilc Vinagerette when I use them on my salads!. If you have it in your area - a good one is called Garlic Expressions!. Yum-ME!Www@FoodAQ@Com
