My neck mussles hurt from being a veggatarian =[?!
ok!.!. i wuz a veggie since january!.!. im still growing s0o0 i need protien !.!. but i dont eat any !.!.

If you eat properly as a veg*n (vegetarian or vegan) you not only can be healthy but more so than the typical omnivore!. I suggest doing some more research to make sure you are eating the right kinds of foods in their proper amounts!.
As for your neck problems I highly suggest getting more magnesium in your diet!. If you are drinking a lot of milk and or dairy products it has a 2 to 1 ratio of calcium to magnesium!. Calcium among other things is what causes your muscles to contract and magnesium to relax!. An imbalance leaning on the calcium side of things can among other things cause muscle cramping!.
In short avoid diary (and yes that includes cheese) like the plague and bump up your greens as anything that has green in it has chlorophyll!. And chlorophyll's center piece is magnesium!. You can also take it in supplement form as well if you have trouble getting enough of it in your diet!.

Your neck pain has nothing to do with being a vegetarian!. If you need protein, eat dairy products or drink milk!.
If you are a vegan and do not drink milk, then drink soy milk or other soy stuff, it has protein!. also, eat nuts for protein, eat peanut butter sandwiches!.
The neck pain is probably because of your bed!. Maybe your bed is too hard or your pillow is not good!. Or, your backpack is too heavy!. If you have a heavy backpack, do not carry it on one shoulder!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

As a teen vegan I can tell you that it is perfectly OK to be a veggie teen!.!.!. I doubt the pain in your neck is due to a lack of protein however I assume it might be possible!.!.!.

I suspect you are low in certain nutrients!. You need to eat some foods which magnesium specifically!. Cashews would be a good start because they are quick source of calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, sodium, iron and other minerals!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
