Protein is not an issue for veg*ns!. It's in almost everything and most people get far more than they need!.
Veg*n sources of protein include soybeans and soy foods (tofu, tempeh, edamame, meat analogs like "veggie burgers,") beans and other legumes (lentils, peas, peanuts, chickpeas,) whole grains, nuts, seeds, vegetables (especially dark greek ones,) mushrooms and some fruits!. Anybody who is eating enough calories to meet their energy needs and is not trying to live solely on junk food, is almost certainly getting enough protein!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
