Has Anybody Ever Breakfasted on New England Flintcorn Cakes ???!

Question: Has Anybody Ever Breakfasted on New England Flintcorn Cakes !?!?!?
They are known locally as "Jonnie Cakes"!. They originated in colonial Rhode Island as "Journey Cakes" and were cooked in a skillet and packed when farmers would travel long distances!.

You need to be sure cook them like pankakes in vegetable shortening and serve them with REAL maple syrup!.

It takes the "yuch" out of being a Vegan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
