You just have to take it one step at a time!. Don't just go a month without eating meat!. Make it one meal containing meat every other day, then change it to once a week, then change it to once every two weeks, then change it to once every month, so on and so forth!. Just take it slowly, because if you don't, your body might have trouble with the changes it will go through without the meat!. :]Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like mock meats, they taste really good!. Boca is in most grocery stores in the frozen food section!. You can get the Meatless chicken nuggets and cut them up and put them in a salad!. You could have spagetti with vegan noodles (I use Hodgson Mills), mock ground beef (optional) and tomato sauce!. I also LOVE Amy's which is located in the frozen food section!. Amy's has vegetarian and vegan entrees!. I love the Baked Ziti and I like the Enchiladas with spanish rice and beans!. Amy's also has good tofu wraps!. Regular cheerios and some silk soymilk for breakfast!. Fruit salads, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, veggie sandwiches, a baked potato and veggies, etc!.

After a couple of weeks of being a vegan you will get used to it and as time goes on you will have more and more meal ideas!. Most things will say VEGAN on them (not all for example regular Cheerios are vegan but they don't say it on the box, but the Boca nugget do say it on package) usually where it lists the ingredients!. It takes time and if you make a mistake don't beat yourself up, just learn from it and move on!. Make sure you read the ingredients!. If you have an questions, you can email me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Get a vegan cookbook!. Start exploring vegan cooking sites!. Plan on eating grains, beans - including soy - and nuts in addition to fruits and vegatables!. Read the label of every package you pick up, and don't buy anything that has ingredients you're not sure about!. Expect to cook most of your own meals unless you have lots of extra money to spend on meat substitutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
